These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for our events.
They should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the authorized ticket agent from which you purchased your ticket. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
By purchasing or possessing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically without notice. We will post any changes on this website.
Tickets
It is your responsibility to check your ticket for accuracy immediately upon receipt. We cannot always rectify mistakes after purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Keep your ticket safe.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources are at your own risk and may be invalid. Beware of forgeries.
Reselling tickets for the event is prohibited.
Tickets or wristbands purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalidated, and entry may be refused.
Only wristbands issued by the event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry.
Tickets cannot be used for marketing, media, or sales promotions without our prior written consent.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions, your ticket will be void, and you may be refused entry or evicted from the event. You may also be liable for legal action. Void tickets are non-refundable.
Please allow ample time for entry due to potential queues. No refunds will be given for missed performances.
Tickets and wristbands remain the property of the event promoter until the event concludes.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in the case of:
Major event cancellation (cancellation of the entire event, not rescheduling).
Material alteration (a change that significantly alters the event from what ticket purchasers could reasonably expect, as determined by us).
Special exceptions (as determined by us in our sole discretion).
The following are not considered material alterations:
Changes to the event lineup.
Adverse weather conditions.
Changes to individual band members.
Changes to the event location.
Curtailment of the event where the majority of the event is performed in full.
Delays to starting the performance of an Event.
If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket remains valid, and no refunds will be offered.
