TICKET FAQs

Easy Access to All Sidewinder Events (Sept 19-21)! Whether you choose an accommodation package or ticket-only, entry to every event is included.

You'll receive a confirmation email with all booking details immediately after purchase. One week before the event, you can access and download your tickets by logging into your account at sidewindermalta.com/bookings. Alternatively, your tickets (PDF) will be emailed to you 7 days prior.

Payment Plan Tickets: Tickets purchased via payment plans will be available for download only after full payment is received.

Sidewinder Malta: Limited Tickets – Don't Miss Out! This exclusive event has strictly limited capacity and is guaranteed to sell out. Secure your spot now to avoid disappointment!

Please bring your photo ID to the venue box office. The name on your ID must match the name on your ticket. (For group bookings, the lead booker must be present.)

Please be aware that all ticket sales are final. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we are unable to offer refunds.

PAYMENT PLANS

Spread the Cost with Our Payment Plan: Choose the payment plan option on the ticket page to pay in monthly installments. An additional fee applies.

  • First installment varies by ticket type.
  • Available until July 31, 2025, or sell-out.
  • Missed payments risk booking cancellation.

Yes, Klarna is available and will appear as an option at checkout.

Easy Payment Plan: Automatic Charges: Your payment plan installments will be automatically processed on the scheduled dates. Just make sure your payment details are current!

Don't Worry, We've Got You Covered: If a payment fails, we'll try again in seven days. This gives you time to update your payment method or resolve any issues.

Please Note: Three consecutive failed payments will result in booking cancellation without refund of any money already paid.

No - Boat Parties are limited capacity and tickets for these will be released soon.

Ticket Required for Entry: Please present your ticket (printed or digital) for scanning upon arrival. Wristbands are not required.

Tickets will be emailed 7 days before the event. You can also download them anytime from your Easol account.

Departure Location: Details Coming Soon! The exact departure location will be announced closer to the festival.

Arrive 30 Minutes Early! The time on your ticket is your boat's departure time. Please arrive at the pontoon 30 minutes prior. Boats depart strictly on schedule, and late arrivals may miss the boat.

GENERAL

Get ready for Sidewinder Malta! From September 19th to 21st, 2025, experience unforgettable day and night parties. We're talking clubs, boats, and surprise pop-up events, all happening at multiple venues across the beautiful Maltese sun kissed landscape.

Sidewinder Malta is a Strictly 18+ Event. Everyone in the group must be 18+. Venues reserve the right to refuse admission, We advise you bring I.D.

TRAVEL

Luqa Malta International Airport is your best bet for travel. It's only about a 30-minute drive to your package accommodation, making your arrival smooth and convenient.

Just a heads-up: You'll need to book your flights and airport transfers separately, as they are not part of our provided packages.

Airport transfers are not included, but don't worry! Malta offers a variety of transportation options to suit your needs. You can choose from public buses, taxis, or ride-sharing services. We recommend using reputable local taxi services or well-known ride-sharing apps for your convenience.

Protect your booking! All passengers must have suitable travel insurance to cover any unexpected events. We advise purchasing your insurance as soon as you book. Remember to carefully check the terms and conditions to ensure you have the appropriate coverage.

HEALTH & SAFETY

For all accidents, illnesses, or injuries, please report them immediately to the hotel front desk or event staff, depending on your location. Additionally, you must notify us via email within 12 weeks of your stay's end. Please include your booking reference, a detailed description of the incident, and any relevant documentation, such as medical reports.

We have security and staff on duty throughout all events, and hotel staff at your accommodation, to ensure your well-being. If you require assistance during an emergency, please find a staff member who can help or direct you to the right resources. For serious or life-threatening crimes, contact staff or police immediately. In the unlikely event you cannot locate staff, dial 112, the emergency number in Malta.
